    • Preparation of silicone(meth)acrylate particle (Q), comprises preparing an emulsion from aqueous and an organic phase under the addition of at least an emulsifier and optionally one or more coemulsifiers, where the organic phase: contains terminal and/or side group modified organopolysiloxane (I) or its mixture, and forms the inner phase of the emulsion; and polymerizing the inner phase in the presence of a radical initiator (0.1-40 wt.%), which is added to the outer phase (aqueous phase). Preparation of silicone(meth)acrylate particle (Q), comprises (a) preparing an emulsion from aqueous and an organic phase under the addition of at least an emulsifier and optionally one or more coemulsifiers, where the organic phase: contains terminal and/or side group modified organopolysiloxane of formula (R 3>-Si(R 1>) 2-O-(Si(R 1>) 2-O) a-(Si(R 1>)(R 2>)-O) b-(Si(R 1>)(O-(Si(R 1>) 2-O) c-(Si(R 1>)(R 2>)-O) d-Si(R 1>) 2(R 3>)) e-Si(R 1>) 2-R 3>)) (I) or its mixture, and forms the inner phase of the emulsion; and (b) polymerizing the inner phase in the presence of a radical initiator (0.1-40 wt.%), which is added to the outer phase (aqueous phase). R 1>optionally saturated, optionally one or more ether- or ester bridges containing cyclic 1-20C-alkyl, 1-20C-alkoxy, 1-20C-polyalkoxy, 1-20C-hydroxyalkyl, 1-20C-hydroxyalkoxy, 1-20C-alkenyl, 1-20C-aryl, 1-20C-aryloxy, 1-20C-hydroxyaryl, 1-20C-hydroxyaryloxy, 1-20C-alkaryl, 1-20C-alkaryloxy, 1-20C-hydroxyalkaryl, 1-20C-hydroxyalkaryloxy, 1-20C-aralkyl, 1-20C-aralkoxy, 1-20C-hydroxyaralkyl or 1-20C-hydroxyaralkoxy; R 2>bivalent, optionally OH functionalized 1-20C-hydrocarbon, which is bonded to Si over Si-C-bond or Si-O-C bridge, and optionally contains one or more ether- or ester bridges, 1-5 (meth)acrylic acid units and optionally 2-10C-monocarboxylic acid, which is free of polymerization capable double bonds and bonded over ester bond; R 3>R 1>or R 2>; a, d : 0-1000; and b, c, e : 0-200, where the index d for c greater than 0 is 2, when b and c is 0, and R 3 is not same as R 1>. Independent claims are included for: (1) the silicone(meth)acrylate particle, obtained by the above process; and (2) a composition comprising (Q).
