    • An automatic electronic trip receipt recording method for chauffeured vehicles combines an in-car device and a center server to automatically generate an electronic trip reports or receipts for a passenger. The center server includes a dispatch server for transmitting related dispatch data to in-car device, a communication server for wirelessly communicating with the in-car device, a trip data server for storing trip data, and a trip data inquiry server for the passenger to inquire a specified list of trip reports; the in-car device comprises an in-car device main processor for processing signals from modules, which includes a GPS module, a wireless communication module, a boarding/disembarking detecting module, a tachometer counter module, an external meter reading device and a credit/debit card charging and card ID reading device.

    • A vehicle-dispatching system includes a service center and a plurality of hosts disposed in respective vehicles. For equally distributing the chances of accepting a reserved vehicle service task, a vehicle-dispatching method is provided. Firstly, the service center is in communication with the hosts of respective vehicles, thereby establishing a database and a dispatching priority ranking table. When the service center receives a vehicle service request, a vehicle is selected from the database according to the dispatching priority ranking table. If the host of the selected vehicle receives the inquiry signal and consents to accept a vehicle service task, a vehicle service confirming signal is issued from the host of the selected vehicle. When the service center receives the vehicle service confirming signal from the host of the selected vehicle, the host of the selected vehicle is adjusted to a lower priority ranking in the dispatching priority ranking table.

    • An automatic chauffeured vehicle dispatch system and method are disclosed. In the vehicle dispatch system, audio signals and an automated management system are used. The automatic chauffeured vehicle dispatch system of the present invention comprises a service system, a dispatch system, a dispatch center server, an address analysis module, a databank server and a voice conversion module. The dispatch center server is connected with a telecommunication network, the internet, a databank server, a voice conversion module, the service system and the dispatch system. The address analysis module is able to analyze patrons' addresses and store the addresses in the databank server in the order of frequency of use. The voice conversion module is connected with the databank server and is able to covert the addresses stored in the databank server into audio signals, which may be sent to clients via the dispatch center server and a communication network.
