Then, on the basis of the output of the neural-network computing part 7, whether the apparatus to be tested is normal or abnormal is judged and/or the kind of an abnormality is specified by an abnormality judgement part 10. Thereby, since the number of respective constituent units and the weighting factor of the input layer, the intermediate layer and the output layer of a neural network are decided at every apparatus to be tested, the accuracy of a judgment is enhanced.
