摘要： A plaiting plate (1') for a baking machine, i.e. a cutter-star, dough-cutting and plaiting machine, is provided in a known fashion on its top side (2) with plaiting bowls (3) which are used, in connection with a dough-enclosing ring (8), a pressing plate and a cutter arrangement, for the circular plaiting of pieces of dough. The plaiting bowls (3) are surrounded by a circular arrangement of radially extending grooves (16) which extend longitudinally in such a way that the radial extent of a counter-surface (18) of a dough-enclosing ring (8) is bridged. In this way, each individual groove (16) produces a deaeration channel for the compression chamber (13), in which the dough is processed. In this way, an uneven distribution of the mass of the individual pieces of dough which are formed in the compression chamber (13) by comminution of a ball of dough is avoided.

摘要： In order to display atmospheric pressure, temperature and relative atmospheric humidity, the data detected by sensors and converted into digital values via analog-to-digital convertors are stored in a read/write memory. The data collected here are represented on a display as a function of time. The desired parameter can be indicated on the display D by contact sensors P, T, F. The display range is calculated in each case from the extreme values of the data, and its mean value and an upper and lower value are reproduced by display devices MA, OA and UA in numerical form as a scale next to the display. The instantaneous values are indicated numerically by digital display devices PA for atmospheric pressure, TA for temperature and FA for relative atmospheric humidity. A row of luminescent diodes ZA reproduces the time from the storage of the last value. The sensor for atmospheric pressure is integrated into the device, the sensors for temperature and relative humidity are connected on the outside via bushes TB and FB. The data stored in the memory can be fed to a recorder via a further interface.
