摘要： PURPOSE:To perform a significantly simplified chemical reprocessing by reducing UO2 in a spent fuel into U by high temperature metallurgy using no aqueous solution, separating the U from other components in the form of metal, condensing it as it is the metal by atomic laser, and further oxidizing it to provide UO2. CONSTITUTION:After a spent fuel 30 is decladded and pulverized 31, the reduction 32 of UO2 is carried out. A fission product FP is contained in the fuel 30 other than U, and alkali metal, alkali earth metal, rare metal, and transuranic element TRU are contained in the FP. After the reduction 32 of the oxide, the FP is subjected to extraction separation 33 to separate U from the FP 38 such as TRU and noble metals. 摘要： PURPOSE:To increase the length and the surface area of hollow yarn membrane facing to liquid, enhance the backwash efficiency generated by foam spouting and the like and increase filter characteristics and drain effect of backwash liquid by supporting the hollow yarn membrane being twisted. CONSTITUTION:The hollow yarn membranes 2 consisting of a number of polyethylene and the like are bundled with both ends put in order, and both of the bases 3 and 4 are fixed with seals. The bases 3 and 4 are twisted to reverse direction each other and maintained with the supporting bar 5 at a fixed interval. After raw liquid is led in from the inlet 7 and filter treated, the foams are formed by the injected air out from the inside of hollow membrane for backwash treatment to remove the fine particles caught on the surface of hollow membrane. At the time of said process, the foams rise up hitting the tilted hollow yarn membrane on the top to achieve a superb backwash efficiency.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the non-polluting treatment of hazardous organic compounds without the discharge of the hazardous organic compounds into the environment during the process of the treatment by subjecting the hazardous organic compounds to the cracking and non-polluting treatment in a fused salt, regenerating the salt after the treatment and recycling the regenerated salt as the fused salt in the cracking and non-polluting treatment of the hazardous organic compounds. SOLUTION: A mixture composed of the hydroxide and/or carbonate of alkaline metals and/or alkaline earth metals, for example, sodium hydroxide 1, is subjected to a melting treatment 2. Next, the hazardous organic compounds 3 and an oxidizing agent 4, such as gaseous oxygen, air or hydrogen peroxide, are added into this fused salt, by which the hazardous organic compounds 3 are subjected to the cracking and non-polluting treatment 5. The cracking product gas 6 formed at this time is so purified 7 as to remove the hazardous components thereof and is released 9 as harmless gas 8 into the atmosphere. On the other hand, the used fused salt 10 is separated by refining 11 to the sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate and other salts 13.
