The first electrode structure is of a blocky structure. The second electrode structure includes a plurality of strip-shaped sub-electrodes which are parallel to each other; and an included angle between an extension direction of the sub-electrode and the direction of the light transmitting axis of the first wire grid structure ranges from 10° to 80°.
