    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an optical film with a double pattern and the optical film manufactured by the same are provided to manufacture the optical film with the double pattern in one process by forming large patterns after forming small patterns. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an optical film with a double pattern is as follows. Polymer resins are melted and pressed. Small patterns are carved using a first pattern roll(120). Large patterns are carved into a film having the small patterns using a second pattern roll(150). The film having the large patterns is cooled. The temperature of the film is less than the glass transition temperature by contacting with a cooling belt(180). The cooling belt is elastically mounted between cooling rolls. The film is pressed by an in-plane.

    • PURPOSE: An integrated optical film with improved luminance is provided to reduce production cost by streamlined manufacture processes. CONSTITUTION: A film layer has a prism shape formed on the upper side and the lower side thereof. An engraved layer is formed on the upper side of the film layer. The coating layer is formed on the lower side of the film layer. The upper side of the engraved layer is formed into the shape of a carved lens or a polygonal cone. If the refractive indexes of the engraved layer, the film layer, and the coating layer are n1, n2, and n3, respectively, the refractive indexes are n1>n2>n3. The directions of the prism on the upper and lower sides of the film layer meet at a right angle. The prism-shaped pitch of the upper side and lower side of the film layer is 20 - 200um.
