    • PURPOSE: An automatic ultra-electromagnetic classifying system is provided to control the yield, the speed, and the size of iron components by accurately defining an iron component separating and discharging part. CONSTITUTION: An automatic ultra-electromagnetic classifying system includes electromagnet mounted at pole electric wires. The automatic ultra-electromagnetic classifying system further includes a roller vibrator. The roller vibrator is mounted at the lower side of a belt along the conveying direction of a product producing conveyor. Products are vibrated by vibrations from the lower side of the belt. A pole wire contacting part is mounted at the electromagnet(11). When conveyors conveys, electromagnet is separately operated to operate the roller vibrator. Iron components are classified from the products based on magnetic force.
