    • PURPOSE: A hydrogen sensor using carbon nanotube sheet is provided to form carbon nanotube sheet from carbon nanotube bundle at controllable length, thereby manufacturing a large are hydrogen sensor according to need, and detecting hydrogen leakage with high efficiency and high accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen sensor using carbon nanotube sheet comprises a substrate(10), a carbon nanotube sheet(20), and a first and a second electrodes(41,42). The carbon nanotube sheet is formed on the substrate. On the carbon nanotube sheet, a plurality of carbon nanotube is arranged long one direction. The carbon nanotube is oriented from the first electrode to the second electrode. The carbon nanotube is formed by a bonding member being attached to one side of the carbon nanotube bundle and being pulled toward transverse direction. The first electrode the second electrode is connected to the both ends of the carbon nanotube.
