      섬유를 다수개 합친 후 접착제를 침지 내지 도포하여 섬유사다발을 형성하는 섬유사다발형성단계; 상기 모재(10)를 상부모재(11)와 하부모재(12)가 롤러압착에 의해 일체로 결합되되, 그 사이에 섬유사다발(20)을 삽입시킨 후, 상기 접착된 모재(10)와 섬유사다발(20)을 한 쌍의 상, 하부롤러(31, 32) 사이를 통과시키는 압착단계; 상기 압착된 모재(10)와 섬유사다발(20)를 공기제거용 상, 하부롤러(41, 42)로 재압착하여 공기를 제거하는 공기제거단계;를 포함하는 것으로,
      본발명은 강도가 약한 모재에 강도가 강한 합성수지재의 다수 개의 섬유사 다발을 먼저 접착한 후 상, 하부롤러 사이로 통과시켜 압착함으로써 로프전체의 강도를 보강할 수 있으며, 가벼우며 사용이 편리하며, 섬유사다발속 섬유사가 엉키는등의 현상이 모재에 의해 방지되므로 사용상 안전하고, 편리하다는 현저한 효과가 있다.
