    • 본 발명은 황화수소와 같은 황화합물 가스를 함유하는 가스로부터 황 성분을 고온에서 제거하는 유동층 탈황공정에 적용할 고체 탈황제 제조용 원료 조성물, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 고체 탈황제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 고체 탈황제 제조용 원료 조성물은 활성성분인 산화 아연 40 내지 60 중량부, 비표면적을 제공하기 위한 지지체로 보에마이트를 7 내지 25 중량부, 하이드로탈사이트(Mg-Al double-layered hydroxide) 10 내지 20 중량부, 마그네시아 1 내지 4 중량부, 강도 향상을 위한 무기결합제로 벤토나이트와 칼슘실리케이트의 혼합물을 8 내지 22 중량부, 및 재생증진제인 산화니켈 5 내지 8 중량부로 구성된다. 본 발명은 상기 원료 조성물로 만든 슬러리를 분무건조법으로 성형하고 소성시켜 제조함으로써, 형상, 입자크기 및 분포를 비롯한 물성이 고온 건식 유동층 탈황 공정에 적용하기에 적합하고, 황 흡수능이 뛰어나며, 특히 내마모도가 향상된 재생가능한 고체 탈황제를 제공한다.

    • PURPOSE: A carbon dioxide absorbing composition, a slurry composition comprising the same, a carbon dioxide absorbing agent and a method of the same are provided to be required for the average size of circular shape and distribution, packing density and abrasion resistance, be mass produced due to a dispersing technology and reduce the cost of production due to higher production yields. CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide absorbing composition comprises an active substance, a supporting body and an enhancer for re-growth. The enhancer for re-growth comprises more than two substances from a group made up of titania, zirconia, α - alumina, sulfuric acid vanadium and manganese oxide. The active substance is chosen among a group made up of alkali metal oxide, alkaline earth metal oxide, alkali metal carbonate, alkaline-earth metal carbonate, alkali metal bicarbonate, alkaline earth metal bicarbonate and a precursor of the former substances. The amount of the active substance is 5-80 by weight for the absorbing composition 100 by weight. The supporting body is chosen among a group made up of alumina, magnesia, silica, a clay group and hydrotalcite. The slurry composition comprises the absorbing composition and a liquid. A method of manufacturing the carbon dioxide absorbing composition comprises the following steps. The slurry composition is manufactured after being dried to make the composition solid(20). The solid composition is dried and plasticized(30).     • PURPOSE: Oxygen donating particles and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the reactivity of the oxygen donating particles and to be adequate to a fluid bed process. CONSTITUTION: Oxygen donating particles include active materials containing metal oxide and a support. The support includes hydrotalcite or the mixture of gamma alumina and the hydrotalcite. The metal oxide contains one or more selected from a group including copper-based, nickel-based, iron-based, manganese-based, and cobalt-based oxides. A composition for the oxygen donating particles include 50-80 parts by weight of the metal oxide, 10-45 parts by weight of the gamma alumina, and 5-50 parts by weight of the hydrotalcite. A method for manufacturing the oxygen donating particles includes the following: the composition is mixed with a solvent(S10); homogenized slurry is obtained(S20); the slurry is sprayed and dried to form solid particles(S30); and the solid particles are dried and plasticized to obtain eth oxygen donating particles(S40).

    • PURPOSE: Provided are a zinc oxide-based desulfurizing agent with proper shape, grain size and distribution, strong abrasion resistance and high desulfurizing efficiency, thereby being applicable to a fluidized-bed desulfurization process, a method for fabricating the same, and slurry used for fabricating the agent. CONSTITUTION: The desulfurizing agent is consisted of zinc oxide or zinc oxide precursor 40-60 wt%, regeneration improving agent 4-10 wt% selected from transition metal oxides, a transition metal sulfides, and precursors thereof, a supporting structure of diatomaceous earth 15-50 wt%, and inorganic binder 5-41 wt%, wherein Abrasion Index (AI) of the desulfurizing agent is less than 90%. The method comprises the steps of (a) preparing desulfurizing agent ingredients (raw materials) including zinc oxide or zinc oxide precursor 40-60 wt%, regeneration improving agent 4-10 wt% selected from transition metal oxides, a transition metal sulfides, and precursors thereof, a supporting structure of diatomaceous earth 15-50 wt%, and inorganic binder 5-41 wt%, (b) adding acid or base to the desulfurizing agent raw material to adjust pH thereof and wet-grinding the raw material, (c) adding dispersing agent, organic binder and antifoaming agent to the grinded raw material to obtain raw material slurry, (d) spray drying the slurry to obtain granular type desulfurizing agent, (e) calcining the granular type desulfurizing agent.
