    • PURPOSE: A reliability based operating and maintenance system and method for power distribution facilities are provided to reduce unneeded operating and maintenance fee by differently operating maintenance strategies according to a fault mode, a seriousness of fault, and a manufacturer. CONSTITUTION: A facility history data management module(120) measures deteriorated state and driving state information of distribution parts. The facility history data management module acquires history data of the distribution parts and performs detailed analysis for a malfunction. A defective ratio analysis module(130) produces RAMS(Reliability, Availability, Maintenance, Security) analysis data and malfunction rate data using the analyzed malfunction information.

    • 본 발명은 고압의 배전선로상에 설치되는 배전용 현수애자를 애폭시 수지에 의해 제작하므로서 운반, 설치, 보수/유지비용의 절감 및 배전선로 사고 극소화를 통한 원활한 전력공급을 얻을 수 있도록 한 에폭시 캐스팅수지 배전용 현수애자 및 그 성형방법에 관한 것으로 종래의 배전용 현수애자는 대부분 자기제로서, 소재의 특성상 제조상의 어려움(형상의 제약, 자기부와 금구부 계면접착 문제등), 환경오염에 대한 취약성, 충격에 약한점, 중량이 무거운 점 등으로 인하여 운반, 설치, 보수유지, 수명등에 있어서 많은 문제점이 있었다.
      본 발명에서는 재질이 매우 가벼우면서도 내구성이 강한 절연소재인 싸이클로 알리파틱 에폭시(CYCLOALIPHATIC EPOXY)를 이용하여 애자의 성형하되 강우 또는 강설시 날개와 날개사이의 단락현상을 방지하고 내 오손특성을 높이고 표면누설거리를 충분히 확보하기 위하여 크고 작은 외경의 날개를 교대로 갖는 알터내티브(Alternative)형으로 된 에폭시 캐스팅수지 배전용 현수애자 및 그 성형방법에 관한 것임.
