    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for treating waste polymer insulators are provided to save costs required for treating waste by collecting organic gas from the treatment of the polymer waste. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating waste polymer insulators includes a pyrolysis part(10), a plasma generation part(20), and a gasification part(30). The pyrolysis part pyrolyzes waste polymer insulators. The plasma generation part supplies plasma pyrolysis gas generated from the pyrolysis part. The gasification part is in connection with the plasma generating part. The gasification of the pyrolysis gas is generated in the gasification part. An internal dual pipe(171) is installed at the connecting part of the pyrolysis part and the plasma generating part. The pyrolysis part includes a container(14) and a heat supplying part(11).

    • PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for processing plastic wastes are provided to control gas composition by manufacturing desired synthetic gas within a plasma furnace and to obtain high recycling rate and energy recovery rate of the plastic wastes by reducing unreacted substance and side reaction. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing plastic wastes comprises the following steps: a pyrolysis step(S10) heat-decomposing the plastic wastes; a pyrolysis residual isolation step(S21) separating the pyrolysis residual from gaseous products; plasma reaction step(S20) creating desired gas by reacting the gas created in the pyrolysis step with oxygen or steam using plasma; a cleaning step(S30) eliminating unnecessary component by washing the created gas; and a gas recovery step(S40) collecting the gas passing through the cleaning step.

    • PURPOSE: Device and method of supplying thermal-decomposition waste with a rotating plate are provided to enhance the efficiency of processes by accurately controlling the composition ratio of valuable gas and the quantity of synthetic gas, which emits in thermal composition. CONSTITUTION: A device(1) of supplying thermal-decomposition waste comprises a crusher, a mesh(2), rotating plates(4,10,15), a waste container(5), a vacuum pump(7), one driving motor, and an oxygen meter(9). The crusher crushes waste to appropriate sizes. The mesh classifies waste by size required by a thermal decomposition process. The rotating plate supplies and transfers a given amount of waste to the waste container. The waste container keeps waste supplied through the transfer ports(16) of the rotating plates. The vacuum pump is interlocked with the rotating plates.
