    • The present invention relates to a multi-functional heat energy supply system for an apartment house capable of efficiently controlling the conversion of heat energy according to the usage when converting the heat energy generated by a source thereof into energy for each usage to efficiently circulate the heat energy, thereby obtaining economical benefits. The multi-functional heat energy supply system comprises: a heat source (1); a first heat exchange unit (3) configured to exchange heat between heat generated by the heat source (1) and a circulating pipe (2) filled with thermal fluids by allowing the heat and the circulating pipe to pass through the first heat exchange unit; a second heat exchange unit (5) configured to exchange heat between the circulating pipe (2) heat-exchanged through the first heat exchange unit (3) and a hot water supply pipe (4) filled with hot water by allowing the circulating pipe and the hot water supply pipe to pass through the second heat exchange unit; and a third heat exchange unit (7) configured to exchange heat between the circulating pipe (2) heat-exchanged through the first heat exchange unit (3) and a heating pipe (6) filled with heating water by allowing the circulating pipe and the heating pipe to pass through the third heat exchange unit; wherein the circulating pipe (2) consists of entry pipes (9) branching to respectively enter the second heat exchange unit (5) and the third heat exchange unit (7), and discharge pipes (10) connected to the entry pipes (9) and coming from the second heat exchange unit (5) and the third heat exchange unit (7) the entry pipes (9) branch to adjust a supply direction of the thermal fluids through a first valve (11), the discharge pipes (10) are connected to each other to combine the thermal fluids, and the entry pipes (9) entering the third heat exchange unit (7) are connected to the discharge pipes (10) coming from the second heat exchange unit (5) to adjust a proceeding direction of the thermal fluids through a second valve (12).     • PURPOSE: An organic rankine cycle power generation system using a micro gas turbine is provided to use cold energy in a short time, and to reduce the waste of electricity. CONSTITUTION: An organic rankine cycle power generation system(100) using a micro gas turbine comprises a micro gas turbine unit(102), an evaporator(104), a turbine(106), an power generation unit(108), a first electricity converter(122), a power supply unit(124), a power regeneration unit(120), a condenser(110), an engine chiller(112), a storage tank(114), and a pump(118). The micro gas turbine unit pre-heats working fluid by using heat sources generated from the micro gas turbine. The power regeneration unit is placed at the rear end of the turbine, and provides liquid which is not preheated in the evaporator to the micro gas turbine unit. The engine chiller provides a catalyst to the condenser, and continuously cools the heated liquid by recovering the catalyst from the condenser.
