    • PURPOSE: A unit cell of solid oxide fuel cell is provided to have excellent current collecting effect, to have excellent durability, and to able to increase efficiency of fuel cell by uniformly dispersing gas into whole cell. CONSTITUTION: A unit cell(10) of solid oxide fuel cell comprises a support electrode(11) formed of a conductive material, an electrolyte layer(12) laminated on the support electrode, a reaction electrode(13) laminated on the electrolyte layer, a plurality of column electrodes(21) formed by dispersing on the surface of the reaction electrode, and a current collecting electrodes(22) formed with thickness thinner than the thickness of the column electrode, formed on the surface of the reactive electrode, and connecting the column electrodes each other. Pattern formed by the column electrode and the current collecting electrode has a honeycomb shape which is an aggregate of hexagons.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of flat tubular electrode supporter is provided to secure air path without separate connecting units, by forming an uneven pattern in an electrode assembly, thereby simplifying processes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of flat tubular electrode supporter comprises: a step of extrusion-molding an flat-pipe type electrode support in which a fuel flow part penetrating along longitudinal direction is formed; a step of cutting the electrode support to the size of a unit cell by pressuring both ends of the electrode support; a step of forming uneven patterns on the surface of the electrode support; and a step of drying the support. The step of forming uneven patterns is conducted by pressurizing a molding flame in which a stamp pattern corresponding to the uneven patterns in the side contacting the electrode support.
