    • A probe for detecting signals and emitting electrons and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve an anti-erosion property of the probe by fixing a CNT layer on a probe base. A probe(10) for detecting signals and emitting electrons includes a probe base(1) and a CNT(Carbon Nano Tube) layer(5). The CNT layer is arranged on the probe base. The CNT layer is physically laminated on the probe base. Alternatively, the CNT layer is linked to the probe base by a chemical coupling between a functional group and a carboxyl group. The functional group is selected from the group consisting of an amine group, an aldehyde group, a hydroxyl group, a thiol group, a cyano group, a sufonic acid group, a halogen group, and a combination thereof.

    • PURPOSE: A wireless strain measurement system and a measurement method using the same are provided to precisely measure the minute deformations of an object by using a film type carbon nanotube. CONSTITUTION: A measurement method using a wireless strain measurement system(100) is as follows. A reader(120) applies a request signal for measuring the resistance value of a carbon nanotube to strain measuring sensors(110). The strain measuring sensors respond the received request signal. The resistance value of the carbon nanotube formed in an object is measured. The strain measuring sensors wirelessly transmit a response signal with the resistance value of the carbon nanotube to the reader.
