    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for mixing and dissolving oxygen is provided to increase dissolving ratio of oxygen into water, in which stripping of dissolved air into atmosphere is rarely occurred, or stripping of dissolved air is slowly proceeded for a long period of time even if it is occurred so that solution of oxygen into water is stably maintained. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a supply pump(120) for supplying water from an outer water source by rotation of driving motor(110); a mixing can(130) on an end part of both sides of which inlet(132) and outlet(134) are respectively formed, and in which hollow(131) is formed; a water supply pipe(140) connected between the supply pump(120) and the inlet(132); upper partition plate(136) and lower partition plate(138) arranged inside the hollow(131) of the mixing can(130); an oxygen supply nozzle(152) installed at the side of the inlet(132) of the mixing can(130); and a discharge pressure gauge(154) installed at the side of the outlet(134) of the mixing can(130), wherein a plurality of ceramic solid balls(150) are stacked in the hollow(131) between the upper partition plate(136) and lower partition plate(138) in such a way that the plurality of ceramic solid balls(150) are moved according to movement of water, and an inverter(170) is installed at the driving motor(110) so that the inverter(170) controls rotation of the driving motor(110).
