    • PURPOSE: A galvanized steel sheet welding method is provided to select a proper welding method and to obtain decisive process conditions, thereby suppressing a liquid metal embrittlement phenomenon generated when welding a galvanized steel sheet as it as possible. CONSTITUTION: A galvanized steel sheet welding method includes the following steps of: preparing a target galvanized steel sheet; and welding the galvanized steel sheet with a disc laser. The power of the disc laser is 3-5kW, and the welding speed is 7-15 mpm. The galvanized steel sheet is welded to make a welding heat-affected zone have a width of 0.2 mm or less from a melting boundary line and to make the width of a surface bead to be 0.3-0.8 mm. The galvanized steel sheet is high-manganese steel sheet.
