    • A diamine derivative is provided to perform hole injection, hole transport, electron injection, electron transport or light emitting in the organic electronic device including the organic light-emitting device. Particularly, it can serve as the blue dopant. A diamine derivative is represented by the formula 1. In the formula 1, L1 and L2 which are different or the same and are directly bonded, are a C6 ~ C20 arylene group or C5 ~ C20 heteroarylene group which is substituted or unsubstituted with at least one group selected from the group consisting of the C1 ~ C20 alkyl, C2 ~ C20 arkenyl, C2 ~ C20 arkynyl, C3 ~ C20 cycloalkyl, C2 ~ C20 heterocycloalkyl group, C6 ~ C20 aryl and C5 ~C20 heteroaryl; Ar1, Ar2 , Ar3 and Ar4 which are different or the same is a C6 ~ C30 aryl substituted or non-substituted with hydrogen, halogen, CN, NO2, C1 ~ C20 alkyl, C1 ~ C20 alkoxy, C6 ~ C20 aryl, C5 ~ C20 heteroaryl, C6 ~ C20 arylthiopen, C3 ~ C20 cycloalkyl group, -OR, -SR, -SeR, -TeR, - BRR ', -AlRR', - SiRR 'R", -GeRR' R " or -SnRR'R" and is a C5 ~ C20 heterocyclic group containing O, and N or S, or a gourp which forms a condensed ring by being fused with a C4 ~ C20 alkylene group to a C6 ~ C20 aryl group.

    • A novel compound, and an organic light emitting device using the compound are provided to improve drive voltage characteristics, light efficiency, lifetime characteristics, electrochemical stability and thermal stability.
