    • PURPOSE: An epoxy resin composition for semiconductor element package is provided to reduce package crack and delamination which have been caused by miniaturized semiconductor element package by using at least three kinds of epoxy resins. CONSTITUTION: The composition is produced by mixing an ortho-cresol novolac epoxy resin (formula 1), a non-phenyl epoxy resin (formula 2) and especially 20-80 wt%, based on the total weight of used epoxy resins, of a DCPD epoxy resin (formula 3). The amount of used epoxy resins is 5-20 wt% based on the total weight of the epoxy resin composition. In the formulae, n is an integer of 2-10 and R1 or R2 is CH3.C2H5.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a pouch type secondary battery is provided to maximize sealing efficiency by reflecting structural properties of a pouch type secondary battery, thereby more improving insulating performance.     • PURPOSE: A protective cover cap is provided to block the electrodes of a pouch type secondary battery to outside electrically or physically, and to protect or support the electrodes, the joint of electrode, a pouch structure, etc. CONSTITUTION: A protective cover cap(100) comprises a body(110) consisting of non-conductive material, and a settlement groove, in which electrodes are insert-combined inside the body. The settlement groove includes the shape which becomes narrow from inlet toward inside. The inner surface of the settlement groove has the shape of curve. The cover cap has a shape expanded from the body, and additionally comprises a support plate supporting a pouch by contact the pouch near the electrodes.
