CONSTITUTION: A battery cell assembly (600) has a plurality of battery cells which are electrically connected and laminated. The battery cell is mounted in cell housing elements (401,402) in a state that both sides except for an electrode terminal are surrounded by one or more. On one or both sides of at least two cell housing element, expanded open parts (270,271) which can expose a parts of the main body of the battery cell when the battery cell is expanded, and battery cells are laminated to make the expanded open parts face each other.

A manufacturing method for the electrode assembly comprises: a step of spreading an ion conductive polymer-forming composition on the surface of the electrodes; a step of inserting a separator into between the electrodes; and a step of heat laminating the electrodes.
