    • 본발명은구조물의내외벽이나바닥등의마감재인타일을시공하는방법에대한것으로, 더욱상세하게는인체에유해한휘발성유기화합물이배출되지않으면서항균력이우수하여실내의쾌적한환경을도모할수 있는친환경재료를이용한타일시공방법에대한것이다. 본발명의친환경타일시공방법은 (a) 타일을시공할바탕면(1)을정리하는바탕처리단계; (b) 바탕면(1)에아크릴바인더 40~65중량%, 포졸란 20~35중량%, 용제 5~15중량%, 로진 3~15중량%, 수산화칼륨또는수산화나트륨 0.1~0.5중량%, 첨가제 0.5~1중량%의비율로이루어지는제1혼합물; 과제올라이트, 수산화아파타이트, 은-수산화아파타이트, 인산지르코늄, 실리카겔중 하나이상으로구성되는제2혼합물; 을 1:0.01~0.15의중량비로혼합하여이루어지는타일접착제조성물을도포하는단계; (c) 상기접착제조성물상부에타일을부착하는단계; (d) 타일사이에공중합형태의스티렌코폴리머에멀젼(Styrene copolymer emulsion) 30~80중량%와수용성공중합형태의탄성아크릭폴리머 20~70중량%로이루어지는제3혼합물; 과대마분말 45~50중량%와황토분말 50~55중량%를혼합한제4혼합물; 을 1:0.2~0.4의중량비로혼합하여이루어지는타일줄눈제조성물을충전하는단계; 및 (e) 양생및 보양단계; 로이루어지는것을특징으로한다. 상기와같은본 발명에따르면타일시공에이용되는타일접착제, 코팅제, 줄눈제조성물이인체에유해한물질을배출하지않는재료를이용하기때문에, 친환경타일시공방법의제공이가능하다. 아울러본 발명은타일자체또는타일이시공된마감면이오염되지않아항균성및 내구성확보가가능한친환경타일시공방법의제공이가능하다.
