CONSTITUTION: A high strength composition for repairing and reinforcing a concrete comprises 20-30 weight% of calcium alumino sulfate, 60-65 weight% of a Portland cement, 7-15 weight% of a calcium sulfate, 4-6 weight% of an acrylic polymer, 0.15-0.2 weight% of a melamine-based superplasticizer, and 0.01-0.02 weight% of a tartaric acid. The weight ratio of SiO2:Al2O3:CaO is 7.1:13.56:55.4. The acrylic polymer is obtained by polymerizing silicon tetrachloride and polymethacrylic acid. The specific surface area of the high strength composition for repairing and reinforcing a concrete is 3,100-130,000m^2/kg. The melamine-based superplasticizer is sulfonated melamine formaldehyde.
