    • PURPOSE: A metal oxide paste and a manufacturing method of a semiconductor electrode using thereof are provided to improve the dispersing ability of metal oxide nanoparticles, and to absorb more dyes when applying the metal oxide paste to the semiconductor electrode. CONSTITUTION: A metal oxide paste contains a metal oxide, and a binder solution formed with a solvent and an organic binder. The metal oxide paste additionally contains more than one carboxyl ester-based dispersing agent marked with chemical formula 1-4. In the chemical formulas, N, M, L, and P are selected from 1-20, separately. A manufacturing method of a semiconductor electrode using the metal oxide paste comprises a step of preparing the metal oxide paste, and a step of coating the metal oxide paste on a transparent electrode.

    • PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to improve the efficiency of the solar cell by expediting the generation of electrons and holes through a surface plasmon layer. CONSTITUTION: A surface plasmon layer(15) is formed on one side of a first light absorbent layer(10). Fine metal particles or a metal thin film forms the surface plasmon layer. The surface plasmon layer is composed of at least one material from a group including silver, gold, aluminum, chromium and titanium. The first light absorbent layer is composed of at least one material from a group including silicon-based, compound semiconductor-based and organic-based material. A transparent electrode(18) is formed on the other side of the surface plasmon layer.

    • An image scanning unit and an image forming apparatus having the same are provided to reduce the possibility that a manuscript is caught to cause a jam or is damaged, to perform double-sided scanning operation smoothly and to prevent a manuscript from being curled in a double-sided scanning process. A scanning path(310) has one end connected with a manuscript supply unit(151) and the other end connected with a manuscript discharge unit(152). A scanning unit(130) reads information recorded on a manuscript passing through the scanning path. A double-sided manuscript split path(320) is split from the scan path and allowing the manuscript, whose first surface has been scanned by the scanning unit, to pass therethrough before being reversed for double-sided scanning. A double-sided manuscript transfer path(330) has one end connected with the double-sided manuscript split path and the other end connected with the scanning path. A double-sided manuscript guide(340) guides the manuscript discharged from the double-sided split path.
