    • PURPOSE: A wafer inspection method is provided to easily detect a repetitive defect which depends on a scan direction by additionally displaying the scan direction on a display device. CONSTITUTION: Scan information(30) which includes a scan direction is acquired from an exposure device. Image information of a wafer surface is acquired. The position of a defect(D) is detected from the image information. A repetitive defect pattern is detected using the positions of the defects. The repetitive defect pattern related to the scan direction is detected based on the scan information.
