    • An excavator having a movable door bumper is provided to compensating for length of a door bumper whose head is worn out by supporting the door bumper with an elastic member. An excavator having a movable door bumper comprises a side door(6) which opens and closes around a hinge shaft fixed to a door frame(5) of an engine room. A door bumper is installed in a hole formed at the door frame and movable in an opening and closing direction of the side door. An elastic member(21) sustains the door bumper elastically. The door bumper absorbs impact applied to the side door, when the side door is closed. The length of the door bumper is compensated by the elastic member when a head(22a) of the door bumper is worn out.

The elastic member is installed on an outer plane of the rod between the door frame and the separation prevention fixing pin. The elastic member prevents the contact between the rod and the door frame according to moving and shaking of the rod. The elastic member is a compressed coil spring. The supporting plate is installed between the elastic member and the separation prevention fixing pin, and supports a lower part of the elastic member.
