    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water flow anaerobic biosystem for efficiently decontaminating contaminated soil and a treating method therefor. SOLUTION: The water flow anaerobic biosystem is provided with a decomposition accelerator storage tank 10 for storing an anaerobic microorganism decomposition accelerator which promotes decomposition of an organic chlorine compound to volatile water-soluble materials by anaerobic microorganisms, an injection well 20 which is provided on an upstream side of ground water flowing in the soil in order to add the anaerobic microorganism decomposition accelerator transported from the decomposition accelerator storage tank 10 and which injects the anaerobic microorganism decomposition accelerator into the ground water, a water intake well 30 which is provided on a downstream side of the ground water flowing in the soil in order to recover the ground water containing the volatile water-soluble materials produced by the anaerobic microorganisms and which takes in the ground water, an aerator 40 which carries out aeration treatment of the taken-in ground water in order to remove the volatile water-soluble materials from the ground water taken-in at the water intake well 30 and a clarifying device 60 for detoxicating the volatile water-soluble materials evaporated by the aeration treatment.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out efficient purification treatment of a widely spread region of oil-contaminated soil.
      SOLUTION: A system 1 for purifying oil-contaminated soil essentially comprises an indirect heating type rotary kiln 2 as a heating oven and a bioremediation system 3 as a means of microbial decomposition. The bioremediation system 3 essentially comprises (a) a bio-pile 15 formed by piling, in a ridge form, low-concentration contaminated soil of a low oil concentration dug from a low-concentration contaminated region 22 spreading around a high-concentration contaminated region 21 and (b) a vent pipe 16 embedded in the bio-pile. The upstream end of the vent pipe 16 communicates with an air introduction pipe 7 so that warm air receiving waste heat from a heat exchanger 8 can be blown into the bio-pile 15 through the vent pipe 16.
