摘要： A technology for preventing a driver from being distracted even if a navigation operates on an input device in the rear seat. A navigation system, connected to a combination of an output/input devices of a driver and to a combination of an output device and an input device of a fellow passenger, comprises a setting information storage unit storing setting information indicating whether or not information generated is to be output to the output device of the driver and an output processing unit, to the output device of the driver according to the setting information read from the setting information storage unit. When operation information enters from the input device of the fellow passenger, the setting information, stored in the setting information storage unit for the processing, changes to the information indicating that information is not output to the output device of the driver.

摘要： To improve operability of screen switching of native APs and virtual machine APs. It is an information processing device capable of executing native APs described in a native code and JavaAPs described in a Java (registered trademark) bytecode. A key event processing unit manages a current mode. It also decides display or non-display of each of images generated by the native APs and images generated by the Java APs according to the current mode which is managed. It further changes the current mode which is managed according to a type of a key event received from a key driver. A graphics driver superimposes and outputs the images decided to be displayed in predetermined order.

摘要： A route information supply system comprises a reception module which receives information on a current position and a destination from a terminal device by communication, a map data storage module storing at least detailed map data and summary map data, a traffic information storage module which stores traffic information, a route search module which searches for a guidance route based on the current position and the destination, a map information generation module which generates map information on an area containing the searched route by use of the map data storage module, and an output module which outputs the generated map information to the terminal device. When an event satisfying a prescribed condition regarding the traffic information exists in the area, the map information generation module generates map information on an area in the vicinity of a point where the event has occurred by use of the detailed map data.

摘要： There is provided an on-vehicle stereoscopic display device wherein the same graphics having different brightness levels are superimposed on display devices to represent the depth of a graphic. The device has a configuration such that information indicating a cross-sectional shape of a graphic to be stereoscopically displayed is generated, and based on the generated information indicating the cross-sectional shape, the graphic having the depth is transparently displayed from the front to the rear of the screen. It is, therefore, possible to provide the on-vehicle stereoscopic display device wherein levels of the depth of a graphic to be stereoscopically displayed do not depend on the number of display devices, there are fewer limitations over a position of an operator to watch the display, and the superior visibility is provided.
