    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a water hammer phenomenon by continuously arranging an air chamber on a side part of a main body composed of a pressure resistance and heat resistance resin or the like through an opening, arranging a movable pressure wall on the opening through a spring, and balancing water pressure in a main body, atmospheric pressure in the air chamber, and energizing force of the spring. SOLUTION: An air chamber 6 is continuously arranged on a side part of a main body 1 composed of pressure resistance and heat resistance resin on the like through an opening, and a movable pressure wall 2 is arranged on the opening through a spring 3. an opening end part of the air chamber 6 is sealed by a cap 4, and an O-ring 7 is interposed in a sliding contact part of the movable pressure wall 2. In the case where water pressure in a pipe is increased when hot water which flows the pipe of the main body 1 is rapidly stopped, the movable pressure wall 2 is push-pressed and moved to the air chamber 6 side in association with the water pressure against energizing force of the spring 3 and an atmospheric pressure in the air chamber 6, and the rise of the water pressure is suppressed. It is thus possible to surely prevent a water hammer phenomenon generated when the water pressure is rapidly raised, and it is also possible to prevent breakage of each part.

    • PURPOSE:To enable lasting feeding of electric power to a rotary portion side not by means of a storage battery by providing ferromagnetic bodies in which windings are given in mutually opposite positions on a housing side and a spindle side. CONSTITUTION:A tool holder 3 is installed on a spindle 2 rotatably installed in a housing 1. A ferromagnetic body 4 to which a winding 5 is given is provided in the housing portion 1 and a ferromagnetic body 6 in which a winding 7 is given is provided opposite thereto in the spindle 2 and, further, another ferromagnetic body 8 in which a winding 9 is given is provided in the spindle 2. In the position opposite to the ferromagnetic body 8, a ferromagnetic body 10 in which a winding 11 is given is provided in the tool holder 3. The winding 5 is connected to a power source 14 outside the housing 1, the windings 7, 9 are connected to each other by means of wires 12, 13, and the winding 11 is connected to output terminals P1, P2. Each transformer is formed by the mutual installations and an output signal from the power source 14 is outputted to the output terminals P1, P2 to feed electric power.
