    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a device structured to separate a flooring material by edge tools which are made to move forward and backward at high speed causes very large noise and vibration during a separation work.SOLUTION: A flooring material separation device includes: a hoist roller rotated by a driving source; a hold-down roller rotated by a driving source; at least two edge tools installed at a predetermined interval to make incisions in a flooring material stuck on a floor surface; and movement means for moving the flooring material separation device. The flooring material is held between the hoist roller and the hold-down roller, and the flooring material separation device travels in a separation direction by rotation of the hoist roller and the hold-down roller while making incisions at the interval between the edge tools. Thereby, the flooring material separation device moves while cutting the flooring material at the interval between the edge tools and simultaneously separating the flooring material.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: when several sheets of self-adhesive wallpaper are transported in one protective device or protective bag, they may overlap one another during transport or in a car moving to a work site, thereby forming creases on the wallpaper.SOLUTION: Each of plate members has slits formed from one end to substantially the center in the width direction of wallpaper. The plate members are arranged parallel to one another with the slits aligned. Other plate members are arranged parallel to one another in the direction orthogonal to the above plate members arranged in parallel, with the slits facing each other. The facing slits are engaged in one another to constitute a partition for transport which forms a grid-like wallpaper storing part. The partition for transport is housed in a bag or a box, to prevent the self-adhesive wall paper from being dried during transport.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, if a thin blade is exposed, the edge of the blade can be damaged during transportation, or a fingertip can be injured upon setting a wallpaper, and if a lower blade bearing case is formed into a shape to cover the edge of the blade, cutting chips and fiber chips will accumulate to prevent the lower blade from sliding in the driving shaft direction, causing a situation where wallpapers are unable to be cut.
SOLUTION: A lower blade cover is made to be detachable so as to enable the cutting chips and fiber chips to be removed, even if they accumulate between a lower blade rotating shaft and the lower blade bearing case. In addition, a hole is provided in the lower blade cover to configure a slitter for a wallpaper gluing machine such that no cutting chips and fiber chips accumulate.
