    • This invention, GIS, is installed on the toll booth to picture the in/out vehicle's number plate and inform the related crime information using GIS server of the police's wireless com¬ munication terminal or patrol car on the highway after determination whether the vehicle is the criminal, fleeing car or not, as well as assist to capture the crime using the estimated moving route or current location information. This invention is first available to compare and search for the data against all of the in/out vehicle on the highway toll booth, if illegal, the system calculate the illegal vehicle's current location and estimated moving route using GIS server, then transmit the related geographic information to the wireless communication terminal either patrol car or police station to capture the crime vehicle more effectively.

    • Disclosed is a method of analyzing a protein, and more particularly, a method of analyzing a protein, comprising the steps of: (A) labeling small amounts of the protein groups with CyDyes having different fluorescence properties, respectively; (B) mixing 50~100jUg of each of the protein groups, labeled in step (A), with l~5rag of each of one or more of the unlabeled protein groups, and subjecting the mixture to electrophoresis; (C) subjecting the electrophoresed gel to fluorescence analysis to detect a difference in protein distribution between the protein groups; and (D) excising spot(s), showing the difference in protein distribution, from the gel, and isolating and identifying a protein, which is different between the protein groups, from the spots. According to the present invention, a qualitative and quantitative analysis can be performed with a difference in the fluorescence of CyDye having very high sensitivity, and a protein can be identified using MALDI-TOF simultaneously while analyzing in a gel. Thus, the limitation of reproducibility can be overcome, and the time and cost for analysis can be remarkably reduced. Further, since two proteins can be simultaneously analyzed in a gel, the method can be effectively employed when two proteins are compared and analyzed each other, and then a protein is identified.

    • There are provided a method of manufacturing an Fe/Ni-containing material having a low content of sulfur (S) from an Fe/Ni/SO 4 -containing liquid waste, a ferronickel mass using the Fe/Ni-containing material, and a method of manufacturing the ferronickel mass. The method of manufacturing an Fe/Ni-containing material from an Fe/Ni-containing liquid waste includes: removing SO 4 from an Fe/Ni/SO 4 -containing liquid waste by adding an SO 4 neutralizing agent to the liquid waste so that pH of the liquid waste can be maintained to a pH level of 0.5 to 2.5; precipitating Fe and Ni in the form of hydroxide [(Ni,Fe)(OH)] by adding NaOH to the SO 4 -free solution; washing the precipitate with water; and manufacturing an Ni/Fe-containing material by filtering and drying the washed Ni/Fe-containing sludge. The method of manufacturing an Fe/Ni-containing material may be useful to suitably apply to the field of recycling of waste acids since an Fe/Ni-containing pellet and a high purity plaster are recovered as the stainless steel material from the waste water at the same time.
