Thus, the panel 5 acts as a cover for plating baths or the like independently or integrally with the case 7, thereby contributing to the protection of bath temp. and decreasing dissipation of harmful mists to workshops.

    • PURPOSE:To discriminate the presence or absence of leakage of a container in a quick and accurate way, by inspecting the state of reduced pressure in the container within a prescribed test time after setting the air pressure in the container at the test pressure. CONSTITUTION:The air discharged out of a pump 1 is branched to a working machine system circuit A and a test system circuit B. In the circuit B, a valve 11 is opened in a state under which the air reduced down to the set pressure by a valve 12 is supplied to a pipeline 13. As a result, the air having the pressure higher than the test pressure P is led into a container C through a pipeline 15. When the inside of the container C reaches a prescribed level, the valve 11 is closed by a switch 22. Then a valve 16 is opened to slowly increase the pressure in the container C. After this, the valve 16 is closed when the pressure at the inside of the container C reaches the set level of a switch 23 which is higher than the pressure P. Then a valve 18 is opened to extract the air until the pressure inside the container C reaches the set level of a switch 24. Thus the valve 18 is closed when the pressure at the inside of the container C reaches the test pressure. Then a timer works to start a test of leakage.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve separation capacity of recovered muddy water into excavated earth and sand and muddy water by providing the inside of an almost cylindrical rotary screen into which recovered muddy water is led of a muddy treating device used in a muddy water method for performing excavation by an excavator utilizing muddy water with a vibration giving device for giving vibration to the recovered muddy water. SOLUTION: Muddy water A recovered from an excavator is led into an outer rotary screen 52 to separate it into primary recovered muddy water B and coarse particles C. The recovered muddy water B is stored in a storage tank 76, and the coarse particles C are recovered in a surplus soil tank 78. Next, the recovered muddy water B in this storage tank 76 is conveyed to a cyclone 82 by a pump 84, and here, it is separated into secondary recovered muddy water G containing fine particles and tertiary recovered muddy water D containing minute particles, and after that, the tertiary recovered muddy water D is fed to an adjusting tank. On the other hand, the secondary recovered muddy water G is introduced into inner rotary screens 54A, 54B provided with vibration giving devices 100a, 100b in order and dehydrated, and dehydrated water content E is introduced again into the cyclone 82 and treated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain pruning scissors whereby an object to be cut (a branch, etc.) is guided to the inner part of blades and cut with slight force in the pruning scissors where a cutter edge is formed in a recessed circular shape and a cutting blade edge is in a projected circular shape to be used for gardening. SOLUTION: In the conventional pruning scissors, a cutter and a cutting blade are journalled so as to be largely superimposed so that the blades are not sufficiently opened unless a grip is widely opened. In order to dissolve it, the cutter 1 and the cutting blade 2 are pivotally supported so as to permit the superimposition of the base end part of the cutter edge 1a with the base end part of the cutting blade edge 2a to be small. Concretely, the sum of distance X1 between a tangent and a fulcrum in the base end part of the cutter edge la and distance X2 between the tangent and the fulcrum in the base end part of the cutting blade 1 is made to be equal to below almost the half of blade width W in the base end part of the cutter 1.

    • PURPOSE:To avoid rushing into the revolutional stall condition by extracting continuous output signals pertaining to a change in the pressure or flow velocity sensed by a sensor, subjecting them to statistic processing one after another, and allowing a controller having an analyzer to perform time shift processing. CONSTITUTION:A controller 10 extracts a pressure sensing signal generated by a pressure sensor 7, which responds fully to high-frequency pressure variation resulting from passage of each rotary vane 5, and is equipped with a data input part 11 to convert the anlog signals as result from said extraction into digital signals and also with an analyzer 12 to perform statistic processing of changes in the fluid pressure one after another which are caused by rotation of the impeller 4. The data taken into the statistics are subjected to time shift processing according to an extract command, and the result is stored in a memory of the controller 10 as the latest information. Thus the difference between the statistic quantity kept with updating from time to time and the set threshold value will be lessened, and when it is sensed that the statistic quantity has exceeded the threshold value, the controller 10 emits a signal for output correction of the turbo-machine 1 concerned 1.

SOLUTION: In this rotary blade plate 3 having a blade part 1 on the rim and a shaft hole 2 to be engaged with a driving shaft of a bush cutter at the center, an eliminating body 5 having a forward incline 4 sloped so as to raise the rear part, in which a front part 51 is low toward the rotation direction of the short lower part and a rear part 52 is high, on the top, is placed on the plate face of the rotary blade plate 3 and fitted to the rotary blade plate 3 at a part close to the blade part 1 on the plate face of the rotary blade plate 3, so that the forward incline 4 stands toward the revolution direction of the rotary blade plate 3. A base plate 7 equipped with an eliminating member 5 on a plate face formed separately from the rotary blade plate 3 is superimposed on the rotary blade plate 3 and the base plate and the rotary blade body 3 are mounted on a driving shaft 8 of a bush cutter so that the forward incline 4 of the eliminating body 5 faces in the rotation direction of the rotary blade plate 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce water by reutilizing water before neutralization treatment and after mud-water treatment. SOLUTION: City water stored in a fresh water tank 1 first is forwarded to a dilution tank 2 and a chemical melting tank 10. Water and chemicals A, B are mixed in the tank 10 and stored in a chemical storage tank 11 while cement muddy water excavated is mixed water in the tank 2 and specific gravity is adjusted. Muddy water, in which specific gravity is adjusted, is forwarded to a vibration screen machine 3, fine particles smaller than specified grain size are overflowed by a cyclone and stored in an excess tank 4, and gravel and clay lumps larger than specified grain size are recovered. Muddy water stored in the tank 4 and chemicals in the tank 11 are sent to a reaction tank 12 and reacted, amd separated into water and soil by a centrifugal separator 5, and water is forwarded to a filtered water tank 6. Water in the tank 6 is sent into the tanks 2, 10 and recycled frequently, and lastly the PH of water stored in the tank 6 is adjusted by a PH neutralization tank 7, and discharged. Accordingly, mud-water can be treated without using a large quantity of fresh water.
