The hub part may include a pulley contact surface facing the pulley part, and pulley coupling portions formed at the pulley contact surface to secure coupling members. The pulley part may include a hub contact surface facing the pulley contact surface of the hub part, hub coupling portions coupled to the pulley coupling portions by securing the coupling members, and coupling grooves recessed from the hub coupling portions to insert the coupling members. Washers made of an insulator may be fitted on the coupling members between the pulley coupling portions and the hub coupling portions.

    • A charge air cooler for use with a turbocharged engine system of a motor vehicle includes an outlet tank in fluid communication with a heat exchanger core. A condensation separator comprising an array of baffle plates is disposed adjacent a fluid outlet of the outlet tank. The baffle plates are spaced apart from each other and each of the baffle plates includes an alternating pattern of ridges and grooves formed therein to form a tortuous flow channel between adjacent ones of the baffle plates. The tortuous flow channels cause liquid water originating from the heat exchanger core and flowing through the condensation separator to encounter a surface of the baffle plates before exiting the fluid outlet. The baffle plates may be covered with a surface feature adapted to capture or absorb the liquid water, thereby preventing an undesired quantity of liquid water from entering the engine of the motor vehicle.

    • The present invention relates to an infrared sensor assembly for measuring temperature in a vehicle, including: a support bracket 3 configured to be detachably coupled with an inner surface of a garnish on one side inside the vehicle to form a base; a casing 5 configured to be detachably coupled on the support bracket 3 and form an inner installation space between the support bracket 3 and the casing 5; a main PCB 7 configured to be inserted into a PCB housing 17 so as to be interposed between the support bracket 3 and the casing 5; and an infrared sensor 9 configured to be inclinedly bound with the main PCB 7 to measure the temperature in the vehicle. By this configuration, the overall size of the infrared sensor assembly may be compacted, the infrared sensor assembly may be easily commonly used in different types of vehicles, and the infrared sensor assembly may be embedded in a garnish of an interior material, such as an A-pillar to improve an aesthetic of the interior of the vehicle.
