摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Instrument zum subretinalen Einsetzen eines Implantats (12) in ein menschliches oder tierisches Auge. Das Instrument umfasst einem Halteteil (14) zum Halten des Instruments (10) durch einen Operateur, eine Düse (16) mit einem Hohlraum zur Aufnahme des Implantats (12) und mit einer Ausgabeöffnung (18) zur Ausgabe des Implantats (12), einen Kolben (20) zum Herausdrücken des Implantats (12) aus der Ausgabeöffnung (18) der Düse (16) und eine Betätigungsvorrichtung (22) zum Betätigen des Kolbens (20) durch einen Operateur. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Düse (16) in Relation zum Halteteil (14) ortsfest angeordnet. Der Kolben (20) ist durch die Betätigungsvorrichtung (22) gegenüber dem Halteteil (14) innerhalb der Düse (16) verschiebbar, sodass hierdurch ein Herausdrücken des Implantats (12) aus der Ausgabeöffnung (18) der Düse (16) erfolgt.
