    • PURPOSE: A method for an electronic notice and payment, is provided to electronically process notice and payment steps for every service charge supplied to consumers. And the method enables to execute a series of notice information processing among a service provider, an electronic notice businessman and financial agencies. CONSTITUTION: A method for an electronic notice and payment comprises the steps as follows. Notice information for many consumers is transmitted to a server system of an electronic notice businessman from a server system of at least one service provider. The notice information is provided to terminals of the consumers by passing through server system of a notice information provider. Notice information of the consumers is electrically paid between server systems of the electronic notice businessman and financial agencies, according to a preset condition by the consumers. The payment information is supplied to the server systems of the service providers from the server system of the electronic notice businessman. The method further comprises the steps as follows. A database of the notice information is constructed in the server system of the notice information provider, after notice information is transmitted from the service providers. The consumers make accounts of the financial agencies enable to pay according to the notice information, after notice information is supplied to the terminals of the consumers. The notice information is confirmed by the consumers, after notice information is supplied to the terminals of the consumers.
