    • A heat pipe type dissipating device is provided to improve heat dissipation efficiency without a noise by arranging a plurality of heat pipes around a heat source radially. A heat pipe type dissipating device includes a thermal plate(50), a thermal block(10), and a pipe unit(30). A heat source(1) is arranged in the thermal plate. The thermal block is arranged in the thermal plate in order to deliver the heat. The pipe part is coupled with the thermal block. The pipe part discharges the heat transmitted from the thermal block. The pipe part includes a plurality of pipes(31). The plurality of pipes are arranged around the heat source radially. A flow path is formed in one surface of the thermal block. A coupling unit is formed in the second surface of the thermal block. The working fluid is injected into the pipe part and the flow path.

The heat transfer heat pipe forms an intermediate temperature layer between the interior of the building and the exterior air to block direct heat transfer.
