摘要： A method for manufacturing a heat sink miniaturizes the heat sink by improving the heat exchange efficiency per unit area. A photosensitive film is formed on the heat sink(10) base material made of the metal. The photosensitive film is processed by a mask pattern corresponding to the desired heat sink shape. A penetration hole(13) is formed by wet-etching the heat sink base material exposed from the photosensitive film. The photosensitive film is removed from the heat sink base material in which the penetration hole is formed. A plating layer is formed on the whole surface of the heat sink base material including the inner wall of the penetration hole. A diamond-like carbon layer(30) is formed on the plating layer by coating the whole surface of the heat sink base material with diamond like carbon to fill the penetration hole.

摘要： 본 발명은 2개 이상의 지그형 코일을 이용한 고밀도 플라즈마 형성 장치 및 그 방법에 관해 개시한다.
본 발명의 플라즈마 형성장치는 2개 이상의 코일을 반응 챔버 상단부 바깥쪽에 위치하며 임피던스 매칭 박스를 통하여 나오는 RF 파워를 반응 챔버 가장자리에서 가운데로 전류가 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하여 향후 반도체 대구경화 가공 및 TFT/LCD 가공에 있어서 안정적이고 균일한 플라즈마를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다
본 발명에 의하면 반응 개스가 주입되는 반응 챔버 내부에서 상기 코일에서 발생되는 유도기력에 의하여 플라즈마가 형성 된다. 이러한 결과는 본 발명이 패턴 형성에 적용할 경우 고순도의 박막 형성 및 초미세 패턴을 가공하는 건식식각을 수행할 수 있으며 지그형 코일의 길이를 조절하면 웨이퍼 대구경화 가공 및 TFT/LCD 가공에도 사용할 수 있다.
