    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new flexible printed circuit board that enables high-density mounting of components like a rigid board. SOLUTION: A conductive layer 12, an insulating layer 14, and a character layer 16 are overlapped in turn on a film-like base material 10. A residual amount of the conductive layer 12 in a non-bending region A1 to be mounted with a component is increased larger than that of the conductive layer 12 in a bending region A2. By this, it is possible to achieve the same high-density component mounting as that of the rigid board due to improvement in handling, while preventing the occurrence of bending during component mounting since rigidity and mechanical strength of the non-bending region A1 are improved.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method of a V groove of a printed board and an inspection device for the same capable of eliminating the need of exclusive hardware, and so of reducing a manufacturing cost in order to inspect the V groove of the printed board.
      SOLUTION: A V groove and the vicinity of the same are photographed for inspecting the V groove of the printed board (S1), and a predetermined inspection region is prepared including a part of the V groove (S2). In the prepared inspection region, a density values of the image in a lengthwise direction of the V groove is accumulated, and accumulated values in every lengthwise direction are estimated (S3). For the respective accumulated values so estimated, an average value in every lengthwise direction of the V groove is estimated (S4). On the basis of the respective average values so estimated right and wrong of the V groove is judged by predetermined processing (S5 to S11).
