摘要： The present invention relates to an ultra-low dielectric film for a copper interconnect, in particular, to an porous film prepared in such a manner that coating with an organic solution containing a polyalkyl silsesquioxane precursor or its copolymer as a matrix and acetylcyclodextrin nanoparticles as a template and then performing a sol-gel reaction and heat treatment at higher temperature. The present films may contain the template of up to 60 vol%, due to the use of acetylcyclodextrin, and have homogeneously distributed pores with the size of no more than 5 nm in the matrix. In addition, the present films exhibit a relatively low dielectric constant of about 1.5, and excellent interconnectivity between pores, so that they are considered a promising ultra-low dielectric film for a copper interconnect.

摘要： Disclosed is a speech recognition method and apparatus that includes a process of compensating a degraded speech by a speech coder in order to prevent deterioration of speech recognition performance by the speech coder and improve the speech recognition performance when a voice signal is inputted to the speech recognition apparatus, not directly, but after that the voice signal is reproduced by compressing and decoding processes of the speech coder while transferring the voice signal through a digital communication network after the voice signal is generated. The speech recognition method and apparatus according to the present invention include a process of increasing the speech recognition performance when training the speech recognition apparatus with only an original voice signal not passing through the speech coder or with both the original voice signal and a signal degraded by the plurality of voice compressors, and a process of compensating a degradation by the speech coder regardless of the type of the speech coder.

摘要： The present invention relates to a cobalt/phosphorus-alumina catalyst in which cobalt is supported as an active component on a phosphorus-alumina support wherein phosphorus is supported on alumina surface. With a bimodal pore structure of pores of relatively different pore sizes, the catalyst provides superior heat- and matter-transfer performance and excellent catalytic reactivity. Especially, when Fischer-Tropsch (F-T) reaction is performed using the catalyst, deactivation by the water produced during the F-T reaction is inhibited and, at the same time, the dispersion and reducing property of cobalt and other active component are improved. Therefore, the cobalt/phosphorus-alumina catalyst for F-T reaction in accordance with the present invention provides good carbon monoxide conversion and stable selectivity for liquid hydrocarbons.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for separation and recycling of pure sulfur dioxide from a gaseous mixture in the IS cycle. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for separation and recycling of pure sulfur dioxide from a gaseous mixture in the IS cycle using an ionic liquid under a specific condition. When compared with the conventional amine-based absorbent, the use of the ionic liquid enables continuous absorption and stripping of SO 2 even at high temperature, and enables a reversible absorption of SO 2 without loss, decomposition or degradation of a solvent due to good chemical stability, thereby enabling separation and recycling of pure SO 2 from a gaseous mixture in the IS cycle.
