Moreover, the input component can receive the input signals (e.g., radio frequency, infrared, . . . ) from a remote control, a sensor, a differing wireless light bulb, a radio frequency identifier (RFID) tag, etc. Further, the wireless light bulb can be mechanically coupled to a lighting fixture, where the lighting fixture may or may not be electrically coupled to an alternating current (AC) power source.

摘要： A coordinated wireless lighting system and an associated wireless lighting module. The wireless lighting system having a first wireless lighting module including a battery, a first light emitting diode, a wireless transceiver, a processor, and a housing. The wireless lighting system also having a second wireless lighting module separate from the first wireless lighting module. The second wireless lighting module includes a second light emitting diode, a sensor configured to detect a predetermined condition, a processor device in communication with the sensor and configured to generate an input signal in response to detection of the predetermined condition; and a transmitter configured to transmit the input signal to the first wireless lighting module. The processor device of the second wireless lighting module is configured to cause a change in illumination of the second light emitting diode of the second wireless lighting module in response to the detection of the predetermined condition. The wireless transceiver of the first wireless lighting module is configured to receive the input signal. The processor of the first wireless lighting module is configured to control illumination of the first light emitting diode of the first wireless lighting module based on the input signal received from the second wireless lighting module.

摘要： In embodiments of the present invention improved capabilities are described for providing intelligent power control in response to an external power interruption, causing a processor is in an electrical fixture to interrogate an external power control switch to gain an understanding of the switch's state, where prior to the external power interruption the electrical fixture may be powered by external power and where external power may be connected and disconnected by a user of the switch. In the event that the switch's state is determined to be such that it would normally pass power to the electrical fixture, the processor causes the electrical fixture to operate using a backup power supply. In the event that the switch's state is determined to be such that it would normally not pass power to the electrical fixture, the processor causes the electrical fixture to act as if the user of the switch has intentionally removed power. In response to a return of external power, powering the electrical fixture is then through external power where the user of the switch switches external power.
