    • The present invention relates to a device for performing heat treatment on a non-woven fabric (F) for an automobile interior material, between a post-processor (10) and a winding roll (20), and the device comprises: a supply unit (30) installed on an upper surface of a frame with a guide roller (31) interposed therebetween, and including a feed roller (35) for transferring a non-woven fabric (F) using a motor (33); an adiabatic compartment (40) having a tunnel type structure which is opened toward a lower side of the supply unit (30), and performing direct heating inside; and a heat treatment unit (50) having a plurality of heating bodies (51) disposed on a path on which the non-woven fabric (F) is transferred, inside the adiabatic compartment (40). Here, any one selected from among an infrared heater, a halogen heater, a quartz heater, a carbon heater, and a ceramic heater is used as the heating body (51). Therefore, according to the present invention, the heat treatment is uniformly performed on the post-processed non-woven fabric, thereby producing high-value products having excellent surface characteristics, such as having little contraction and relaxation, having excellent stability and tensile strength, and expressing stiffness and ductility at the same time; and the manufacturing procedure is simple, thereby improving workability and productivity.

    • The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a sandwich type composite panel having a double core used for a medical table and a sandwich type composite panel used for a medical table manufactured by the same, more particularly, to a manufacturing method of a sandwich type composite panel having a double core used for a medical table and a sandwich type composite panel used for a medical table manufactured by the same for preventing a shear fracture while increasing a thickness of the foam core to reduce a thickness of a lower plate face sheet panel including a carbon composite by laminating a foam core, which is applied to a sandwich type composite panel of a previously registered patent 1 by the inventor of the present invention, and inserting a middle layer including the carbon composite into a middle of the laminate. Because the shear fracture is prevented while the thickness of the foam core is increased, only a small sag occurs with respect to an identical weight, so the thickness of the lower plate face sheet panel may be formed thinner, therefore, the sandwich type composite panel having a double core used for a medical table of the present invention can smoothly discharge a bubble and a foreign substance and can further improve the penetration ratio of an X-ray, and man hour required for laminating a prepreg is reduced, cost is reduced and production time is reduced, thus improving the productivity for laminating the prepreg.
