The peel fan 31 has the blow port formed toward the outer peripheral surface of the plate cylinder 2 and uniformly sends air toward the respective points on the straight line parallel to the axial direction on the outer peripheral surface of the plate cylinder 2. The tip of the peel pawl 32 is inserted in the gap between the printing paper 5 and the plate cylinder 2 to peel the printing paper 5 from the plate cylinder 2.
