    • A wind-collecting device of the power generation tower is used to guide and accumulate airflow. The guiding device is used to minish air resistance acted on the wind wheel that is against the wind. The wind-collecting device can be moved, rotated or shape-changed, and its inlet transverse section area is greater than the outlet one, so strong airflow can still be generated at the outlet to drive the wind wheel on the power generation tower under puny natural airflow. One kind of the power generation tower is fixed type; the other one can be moved from one place to another. The axis of the tower is perpendicular to the ground. The tower has a rotating curved surface or a cylindrical surface, and the electric power is generated by the rotation of couples of or wind wheels installed flatly on the tower.

    • The present invention concerns a method of controlling a wind power installation having a control apparatus for operational management of the wind power installation, in which the acceleration of the pylon is detected. The invention further concerns a wind power installation comprising a pylon, a control apparatus for operational management of the wind power installation and a device for detecting the acceleration of the pylon. Therefore the object of the present invention is to develop a method and a wind power installation of the kind set forth in the opening part of this specification, in such a way as to implement reliable and efficient oscillation monitoring in order to open up the above-mentioned frequency range for operation of the wind power installation. A method of controlling a wind power installation comprising a pylon and a control apparatus for operational management of the wind power installation or parts thereof, wherein there are provided means with which oscillation of the pylon of the wind power installation is detected, wherein the means for detecting the pylon oscillation detect the oscillation travel and/or the absolute deflection of the pylon in the upper part of the pylon out of its rest position and the values ascertained by the means for detecting the pylon oscillation are processed in the control apparatus, more specifically in such a way that the operational management of the wind power installation or parts thereof is altered if the oscillation and/or the absolute deflection of the pylon exceeds a predeterminable first limit value.

    • The present invention relates to a stabilization circuit of a magnet switch for a starter in which an electronic switch of a starter which starts an engine installed in a vehicle is stable-operated. In the present invention, a current is prevented to flow to a pull-in coil and holding coil when disconnecting a key switch using a diode which is capable of flowing a current in a normal direction and preventing a flow of a current in a reverse direction, so that it is possible to accurately return a plunger to its original state. Therefore, the operation of a motor unit is stopped by opening two contact points. In the case that a key switch is turned on by connecting a diode between the contact points and the pull-in coil, the pull-in coil and holding coil are magnetized, and in the case that the key switch is turned off, the current is not flown to the pull-in coil and holding coil, so that the pull-in coil and holding coil are not magnetized.
