摘要： A method is disclosed for controlling the concentration of airborne particulate contaminants in a clean room environment. Air under pressure is continually recirculated through the environment and filtered as it is circulating. Mixing of the filtered air is enhanced by imparting turbulence thereto sufficient to render the filtered air substantially homogenous. The particle count of the filtered air is sensed within the environment and the volume of air that is recirculated is controlled according to the sensed particle count to thereby maintain the particle count substantially at a preselectable concentration.

摘要： An electrostatic air cleaner (1), particularly for kitchen forced suction hoods (13), comprises an insulative supporting shroud (2) having an inlet opening (3) and an outlet opening (4) for the air being cleaned, and a plate-like electrode (7) of a conductive material carried within the shroud (2) and extending between said openings (3,4). A bundle (11,12) of parallel wire cables (10) are installed in the insulative shroud (2) at locations overlying and underlying the plate-like electrode (7). The electrostatic air cleaner (1) has a simple construction and is particularly compact in size, thereby being suitable for incorporation to a conventional kitchen forced suction hood (13).

摘要： The invention relates to a process for providing subjects with an increased oxygen supply. Prior art processes, especially diaphragm or molecular sieve technology, are used to prepare oxygen-enriched pure air (10), which is used to flood premises in a building, an "oxygenarium". These premises are large enough for the subjects exposed to this atmosphere to have considerable freedom of movement, while at the same time it is possible for them to perform strengthening or rehabilitation exercises. The air consumed by the subjects is reprocessed and fed back into the oxygenarium with fresh outside air.
