The backpressure valve cartridge includes a passage, a valve seat arranged in the passage, and a flapper valve pivotally mounted relative to the valve seat in the passage. The valve seat is shiftable within the backpressure valve cartridge along the longitudinal axis to shift the flapper valve between a first position, wherein the flapper valve is free to pivot relative to the valve seat, and a second position, wherein the flapper valve is pivoted away from the valve seat and maintained in an open configuration.

Reverse cementing can commence after the second sleeve has converted to the open position.

摘要： Systems and methods for controlling a flow of fluid within a subterranean well includes a sensored electronic valve assembly having a one way valve member operable to allow a flow of fluids in a first direction through the one way valve member and to prevent the flow of fluids in a second direction through the one way valve member. An electronic circuit includes a battery having a battery life of a predetermined time and a command center. A sensor can detect a valve open signal and to deliver the valve open signal to the command center. An opening device is operable to move the one way valve member to a valve open position upon receipt of an engagement signal from the command center. The opening device is inoperable after the predetermined time. The one way valve member is operable to function as a one way valve after the predetermined time.

A flapper sub attached to the monitoring sub. A piston disposed in the piston bore of the monitoring sub. A flow tube positioned between the monitoring sub and the flapper attached to a downhole end of the monitoring sub and in contact with the flapper, the flow tube having a protrusion in contact with the piston. A return spring positioned in a cavity defined between the flow tube and the flapper sub, biasing the flow tube towards the monitoring sub.
