摘要：本发明涉及一种红土镍矿中金属的回收方法。该方法以红土镍矿炉渣为原料，将红土镍矿炉渣与配合剂混合后研磨过筛处理，制得炉渣粉；将部分炉渣粉、木炭粉以及调节剂混合，制成料胚；将料胚置于还原气氛下焙烧；将焙烧后的料胚粉碎成料胚粉；将料胚粉和剩余炉渣粉混合熔炼，制得熔炼后产物；将熔炼后产物与混合酸混合并进行浸出反应，得到浸出液；将浸出液与混合晶种搅拌混合后，降温结晶，得到多金属盐结晶体。本发明的回收方法，以三乙醇胺、丙三醇及三异丙醇胺作为配合剂，以腐殖土和活性石灰作为调节剂，工艺简单，易于实现，减少粉尘扬起，金属回收率高，实现了红土镍矿炉渣的有效利用。

摘要： The subject of the invention is the device for disposal of lithium batteries that are not suitable for further use. The device for disposal of lithium batteries, where the ground batteries are immersed in tanks with water/acid converting the base - electrolyte lithium salts and metals into chlorides or other acid salts, and where the plastic is removed from the metal solution tank, rinsed and dried and then heated to the melting point of the plastic. The molten plastic is transported for further use and the metal solution is chemically treated to recover the pure metal. In the device for disposal of lithium batteries, under the hopper (1), there is a mill (14) where the batteries are thrown, cut and crushed into fine particles. The ground particles are picked up by the belt conveyor (2) and from it they are dropped into an openwork basket (6) suspended on the ropes (5) of winches (4) and placed in the acid tank (17). Next to the water/ acid tank (17) there is a tub (12) with the flushing liquid. The metals are dissolved in acid and after that the basket (6) is pulled up, then it is moved over the tub (12) and lowered there on the ropes (5). The residue is rinsed and then the basket (6) lifts again from the tub (12), the ground plastic particles are dried in the air stream of the conduit (8). The dried particles are discharged onto the conveyor belt (16), and from there to the screw conveyor (15). The screw conveyor (15) is heated to the temperature at which the plastic melts, the charge is compacted there and fed to the final processing station where the press (10) extrudes paving slabs or other functional shapes.

摘要： A method for recycling anode materials from a comingled recycling stream derived from exhausted Li ion batteries includes receiving a precipitate quantity remaining from a cathode recycling stream. This precipitate is almost exclusively graphite used for the anode material in the recycled batteries. The precipitate results from an acid leach of charge material from the lithium battery recycling stream. A strong acid is added to the precipitate for removal of residual cathode and separator materials and the mixture heated. The strong acid removes residual aluminum oxide from the separator by transformation to aluminum sulfate. Washing the acid treated precipitate removes water soluble contaminants, such as the aluminum sulfate reacted from the aluminum oxide and sulfuric acid, to generate substantially pure graphite. Any residual material remaining from the cathode recycling phase is also removed.
