摘要： The present invention discloses a spacer jig, a kind of tool, whereby it is easy to replace spacer dampers at the time of maintenance and repair on 4-conductor or 6-conductor overhead transmission line in which 4 or 6 cables make one pair and a spacer damper replacing method using the same. The spacer jig for replacing the spacer damper of the present invention comprises frames which are arranged radially between a plurality of cables and in which both panels are combined in separation at a given interval, a plurality of fixed square nuts and at least one movable square nut inserted between both the frames, a plurality of clamp shafts combined respectively with the fixed and movable square nuts, one-touch type clamps mounted at one end of the clamp shafts, and rotating units which are mounted between the clamp shaft and clamp to support the clamp shafts independently and rotatably with respect to the clamp.

摘要： A tool for removing a split-sleeve heater from a target object, such as a hot runner nozzle body, is provided that includes a handle, a shaft extending from the handle, and a protrusion disposed around at least a portion of a distal end portion of the shaft. The protrusion defines a shoulder, and the shoulder is adapted to engage a removal feature of the split-sleeve heater. In another form, a split-sleeve heater is provided that includes a heater body having opposed ends and a slot extending between the opposed ends. A recess is formed conjointly with the slot proximate at least one of the opposed ends, which is adapted for engagement by a removal tool. Methods of operating the tool and forming the slot of the split-sleeve heater are also provided.

In a preferred embodiment the hand tool comprises a set of hand operated pliers (10) that are adapted to have, removably attached to them, replaceable jaws (14 and 16) which are connected to handles (44 and 46) by means of connectors (18 and 16) which are in turn, adapted to be actuated by an actuating member of a retooling device (12). The retooling device (12) comes pre-loaded with the replacement jaws and connectors in one end of the retooling device. The retooling device first disengages the existing jaws (16 and 14) and connectors (18 and 16) whereupon they are securely stored one end of the retooling device (12), and whereafter, the remaining portions of the pliers (10) are inserted into another end of the retooling device (12) where the preloaded jaws and connectors are attached.

摘要： A tool (10) is proposed to assist detachment of an apparatus which has a housing adhering flatly on a pane, particularly of a sensor (20) on the front windscreen (24) of a vehicle, in which the apparatus housing has a surface with an exposed edge (20a) spaced from the pane. The tool has the form of a lug which has at least one engagement member (12) on one longitudinal end, which engagement member can be engaged on the exposed edge of the apparatus and is provided with an opening or recess (14) for a lever tool (30) at a longitudinal distance from the engagement member. The tool is applied to the apparatus by engaging the engagement member behind the exposed edge on the apparatus housing. Then the lever tool, e.g. a simple bar or a screwdriver, is pushed through the opening or recess and is applied to bear on the top of the apparatus housing. The free end of the lever is then slowly raised, thereby lifting the housing off the pane.
