    • PURPOSE: A wireless power transfer device, a wireless power transfer controlling device, and a wireless power transfer method are provided to determine the coupling frequency between two resonators and control a transfer frequency to transfer power at the determined coupling frequency, thereby realizing high transfer efficiency without a separate matching circuit in spite of a distance change between the two resonators. CONSTITUTION: A wireless power transfer device comprises a determination unit and a controller. The determination unit determines the coupling frequency between a power resonator and a target resonator. The controller controls a transfer frequency to transfer power at the determined coupling frequency. The determination unit measures the reflective wave of a signal transmitted from the power resonator to the target resonator and determines the frequency with the minimum amplitude of the reflective wave as a coupling frequency(S510).

    • PURPOSE: A high power electromagnetic wave generation device for using a photonic crystal structure is provided to obtain desired high power by increasing the number of electronic beam according to design. CONSTITUTION: A resonator(200) is operated by in a plurality of electron beam generation units(100) with created a plurality of electronic beams. The voltage of the negative principle in nature is applied in a repeller(300). The resonator is comprised of three side parts formed by metal side, a side part with photonic crystal, and an lower side and upper side(260) comprising a grad(251). The photonic crystal structure comprises the line flaw unit. A plurality of electronic beams produces the electromagnetic wave having the high order width magnetism mode it is combined with the resonance mode of resonator. The electromagnetic wave of the low grade mode of the high order width magnetism mode becomes extinct.
