摘要： A fuel injection nozzle for engine includes a nozzle housing, a nozzle valve and a nozzle cap, when the fuel pressure in the nozzle chamber is higher than the specified value, the nozzle valve is opened and the fuel is injected through the nozzle cap, the nozzle valve consists of a valve element, a valve seat and a spring. The nozzle chamber is formed by the nozzle housing and the back end of the valve seat, the supply passage is provided in the nozzle housing, the spring is located between the valve element and the valve seat in the nozzle chamber to make the nozzle valve close. The residual volume is formed by the nozzle cap and the front end of the valve seat, an injection orifice provided in the nozzle cap is connected with the residual volume. A fuel injection nozzle for pulse fuel pump in electrical fuel injection system is disclosed in the invention. The fuel injection nozzle has the simple and compact structure and the injection direction is variable, therefore the seating face will not be damaged by the flame in the combustion chamber.

【解決手段】燃料噴射ノズルとして、ノズル本体と、ノズル弁とノズルキャップとを具備し、前記ノズル本体中の燃料圧力が所定の値より高くなると、ノズル弁が開き、燃料がノズルキャップから噴出される。前記ノズル弁がバルブ体と、バルブシートとスプリングとからなり、前記バルブシートの後端がノズル本体につながって燃料溜り室を形成し、前記ノズル本体には前記燃料溜り室への入口通路が設けられ、前記スプリングが前記燃料溜り室の中に位置して、バルブ体とバルブシートとの間に作用してノズル弁を閉じることになり、バルブシートの先端とノズルキャップとがつながっていて、サックボリュームを形成して、ノズルキャップにはサックボリュームからの噴射ホールが設けられる。

SOLUTION: The nozzle for the fuel feeding system of the vehicle employed for the fuel return valve comprises a nozzle body having a plurality of through holes having cross-sectional area of 40% or less of the flowing cross-sectional area of the returned fuel, and a guide part formed integrally with the nozzle body so as to vary the proceeding direction of fuel discharged from the through holes.
