摘要： The present invention provides methods of producing packaging for use in consumer goods packaging. In one embodiment, the method includes providing a plurality of printable substrates having pre-printed static information thereon; printing variable information on the plurality of printable substrates, inspecting the static information of each of the plurality of printable substrates; and inspecting the variable information of each of the plurality of printable substrates. The present invention is advantageous in that inspecting the static information and inspecting variable information are carried out at a same time therefore production efficiency is improved. In addition, inspection is done against separated individual printable substrates hence if any defect is detected, only the defected substrate needs to be discarded hence wastage rate is reduced.

摘要： The invention relates to a method and device for producing packing coverings for composite cardboard/plastic packages, in particular beverage packages provided with an opening. Said invention provides a reliable solution for a mentioned problem in such a way that no contact is possible between raw cardboard material and a product in the area of a pouring aperture even after a first package opening. Said result is achieved by the following operations: punching out an opening (O) in the extended raw cardboard material (1) in the area of future pouring apertures, covering said raw cardboard material with a plastic layer and composite material grooves (1') on two sides thereof, punching out the pouring apertures (P) in the area of the openings (O) coated with a composite material web (1'), the pouring apertures being smaller than the punched openings (O), individually separating the composite material (1') with cut parts and sealing a longitudinal seam (L) in order to form a packing covering (M).

摘要： Methods for securing a shrinkable film to a paperboard substrate and methods for making paperboard containers therefrom. In one or more embodiments, a band of adhesive may be applied about a perimeter of a paperboard substrate having a first edge and a second edge opposed to one another and a third edge and a fourth edge opposed to one another. The band of adhesive may surround a first area that is substantially free from the adhesive. A second area that may be substantially free from the adhesive may be located along a portion of the third edge, between the first and second edges. The first area and the second area may be separated by the band of adhesive. A shrinkable film may be secured to the paperboard substrate with the adhesive to produce a paperboard blank. The third edge and the fourth edge may be overlapped to form a sidewall. A bottom panel may be secured to the sidewall at or adjacent the second edge. The first edge may be curled to form a brim.
